Repairs

Faradee offers a repair service for Faradee products purchased from www.faradee.com. Products may be mailed to the appropriate address below:

Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, and original sales slip. We recommend that you package the item securely and ship it via insured mail. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed.

Returns

Return conditions

For online purchases, Faradee will accept merchandise in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price when accompanied by the original invoice.

Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of delivery.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Faradee reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Faradee’s sole discretion.

Returns to www.faradee.com are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Easy-to-follow return instructions are included with each shipment. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

Return guidelines

We recommend shipping returned merchandise with something with tracking purposes. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Faradee will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.

Changes/cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to faradee@faradee.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment. If you would like to purchase a different product, please visit our website www.faradee.com.

How can I use the store on the www.faradee.com?

It is very easy, only a few clicks and you can have Faradee Products as fast as you can.

For ordering on www.faradee.com you don’t have to register! For ordering on www.faradee.com you only have to add the selected Faradee product to Cart. You have got the possibility to give more products to the Cart or continue to do the payment. You have to give full details to shipping and/or billing. With clicking on continue you get a summary about your ordering and also a page which takes you to pay with PayPal method.
